My 11th Hard Rock Cafe was in Tijuana, Mexico. I went to Tijuana for 2 reasons, the first to go to Mexico and the other reason was to get another Hard Rock Cafe. There are not any highlights from here to talk about. I was happy to get back over the border alive.I have not been back to Tijuana nor do I plan to go there anytime soon.
